Order

60-second form: site address + Lot/DP. The legal reference is cross-checked against the geocode match before anything runs, so a pack can't be built on the wrong site.

Run + QC

The pipeline pulls Auckland Council Open Data and LINZ. Every layer is checked by hand before it leaves: origin, contour levels, aerial alignment, disclaimer.

Import

Your pack arrives the next business day, with a 10-minute import guide that takes it from download to placed terrain mesh.

Coverage and limits

Auckland region only, matching Auckland Council Open Data and LINZ coverage.
Boundaries are indicative context data. This is not a survey.
Contours are LiDAR-derived (NZVD2016), not survey-grade.
Flood layers come from catchment-scale modelling and are not site-specific.
Council SW/WW network linework is included as indicative data, not as-builts.
Watercare as-builts, private drains + fibre are excluded. Submit a beforeUdig request for those.
